Permanent Disability Rate

Turkish: Maluliyet Oranı

A permanent disability rate is a formal percentage assessment of lasting functional impairment made under an applicable methodology. It is not the same as a negligence finding or a compensation amount.

What Permanent Disability Rate means in a Turkish medical case

The assessment depends on diagnosis, stabilisation, functional examination, the governing schedule and the purpose for which the report is requested.

Different legal or insurance contexts may use different criteria. A percentage should never be copied from an informal online estimate.

Questions patients often ask

Does a disability percentage determine my compensation?

It is one possible input, not the entire valuation. The assessment method, permanence, causal connection, age, work and other proven losses may matter. Check which regulation and purpose the report uses.
